I live near Sitap offices or one of its reviewers. Can I bring the carpet I want to return directly to the company or to a retailer by myself?


No, you are not allowed. The procedure for returning the carpet for its analysis is authorized only by Sitap. It is the company itself that notifies the customer and schedules the collection of the product. It is therefore not possible for the customer to independently bring the products to be returned to our headquarters or the premises of one of our resellers with their own means. Such returns will not be accepted or considered.
