Salone del Mobile 2022 Limited Edition new: Ipnotika, Hanami, Sol Levante rugs – Transformation
A stand full of new rug ideas, proud spokesman for Made in Italy Design, the main feature of every SITAP Carpet Couture Italia creation. Each wall speaks different idioms, highlighting new point of view in the name of Barbara Trombatore’s endless creative flair. Before to get in, Medusa hypnotic gaze welcomes visitors with Ipnotika carpet, among the new Limited Edition rugs by Barbara in partnership with Paola Manuelli for Officina del Design project. A successful collaboration, which goes on with Sol Levante and Hanami carpets on the two opposite sides of the stand. A tribute to Japan and to the surrealist art of this Milanese painter, entirely dedicated to human being and nature connection.

Illusion & Bianca Neve carpets: from SpaceTime to Duality topic
Illusion is among the most enigmatic and fascinating Limited Edition rugs introduced at Salone del Mobile 2022 Milan. Handmade from wool and viscose, expertly finished thanks to handcarving technique, it isdesigned by SITAP Creative Director to define the contrast between these two precious yarns. Its pattern was born as an optical illusion and focuses on the special eyecatching effect. Inspirations from space and astrophysics with SpaceTime mood and Duality topic. Soft, Shiny, White, Black, high and low textures. Each carpet tipycal features show themselves to those who admire them in combination with their perfect opposite. Salone becomes an opportunity to express clearly how much carpets are able to change the whole point of view. Like Alta Moda Bianca Neve new rug line. Vertigo style so dear to Hitchcock and loved by Barbara becomes a new artistic aim to talk about duality and transformation.

Design, Chef and more! So many friends at SITAP Salone 2022
Many friends and dear collaborators visited the stand designed by Barbara Trombatore. From Alessandro Corina – well-known designer from Grosseto, author of #Memphis carpet in partnership with Barbara Trombatore. Matteo Stucchi, another great leading charachter of Officina del Design project and Tiger Khan Limited Edition carpet “creative mind”. Paola Manuelli is an expected guest and a very popular surrealist painter on the Milanese scenario. Thanks to her, Ipnotika, Sol Levante and Hanami rugs came to life, highlighting 60th Edition atmosphere. Last but not least, Pastry Chef Marco Pedron, already a special guest in 2016 with SITAP Carpet Chef collection.

SITAP Love Wall – An Ode to Love with Devotion Omnia rugs
Love in all idioms of the world. For the first time, Devotion Omnia Amore Capsule Collection takes parto to Salone del Mobile. Devotion Omnia iconic Limited Edition rug line is here introduced in a soft chic palette and dedicated to the word Love translated into different languages and writing system. An inclusive and exclusive boundless Love, as told also by engraved by hand Braille inscription such a real sculpture. A universal concept told by a wall artistic installation, dedicated to our current time.

Salone del Mobile 2022 Milan – Alta Moda and Pret à Porter new collections – Green rugs, New shapes, New pattern, Artcraft
Salone del Mobile 2022 is first of all the long-awaited opportunity to introduce live new Alta Moda and Pret à Porter rug collections. Two completely renewed catalogs, the result of much study by Barbara Trombatore and her Centro Stile, focused on translating carpet element in a new way for new home needs. New sizes, trendy patterns and innovative manufacturing techniques are on the core of these two collections able to fit any space. There are many proposals, such as new Amazzonia and Brighton outdoor lines, Alyssa Alta Moda carpet new shapes and palette, Citylife rug, made from 100% handscreen viscose, Pop models dedicated to social nertwork world and the most loved Zen rugs. hand-processed pure viscose, they reproduce Zen Garden design thanks to two levels tecnique. Green carpets are the most expected with three new proposals: 100% recycled and recyclable Pet Lover carpets, handcrafted from PET yarn recovered from plastic waste thrown into seas and oceans; Tencel ™ Eucalyptus, Dominus and Damier rugs, hand-woven from this silky and soft yarn, obtained from eucalyptus wood cellulose regeneration. Upcycling Rugs: ancient Turkish hand-knotted pure wool rugs creative recycling sewn in Patchwork style together with hemp fabrics.
